Columns
Column names don't have to match exactly. We recognise the common names used in Bullhorn, Konquest and payroll exports (case, spaces and £ signs are ignored), and after upload we show you which column we used for each field.

Rows whose earner starts with "Example" are ignored, so you can keep them while you fill in the template.
Exporting from your system
- Bullhorn: a placement or commission report with the placement owner, the date, the fee or GP and the commission. Deal-level rows are fine: we add them up per earner per month, and use them to measure reliance on your largest deals.
- Konquest: the commission statement export for the period. Columns map automatically.
- Payroll or spreadsheet: one row per person per month with GP and commission paid.
Rules we check
- All required columns present. If one is missing, we tell you which and list the columns we found.
- Between 6 and 24 months. Fewer than 12 gets a warning: seasonality and trend are then indicative.
- GP and commission are numbers (£ signs, commas and brackets for negatives are fine). If more than 5% of rows can't be read, we reject the file and show the first problem rows.
- At least 3 earners, and total commission below 60% of GP (to catch swapped columns).
- Months with no rows inside the range are treated as zero.
Your data is used only for your report and anonymised, aggregated benchmarks, and deleted on request.
